The app is unstable on latest version of IOS on iPhone 6 plus. Don't know what models it does work on. I downloaded it, accepted the required agreement, it bypasses the initial search screen and leaves me a perpetual white page that cannot be exited without deleting the app. Hopefully we see an improvement soon.
The app suddenly closes when i try to update. Fix it please.
My workplace let their uptodate account go and chose this company instead. Downloaded the app to my phone and have been trying to get it up and working for over a week. Keeps saying it needs to update, says 0%, and never actually updates even when I know my wifi is functioning. Deleted the app, it's nonfunctional and takes up a ton of room on my phone. Worthless.
I have had UpToDate for 3 years and had apps on my phone and iPad without problems. I have tried 4 times to install this Dynamed app without success. When I access it from online none of the pages are formatted for a phone, even through the mobile site. This company needs some serious IT help. Very disappointed.
"Software Update - you will need 1.19 GB to install this update". Are you kidding me? My phone is only 16 GB, 1.2 GB FOR ONE APP is pathetic!!! It still has to update every time it's opened just like old DynaMed did. It only has like 3,200 or so topics.... It's pretty pathetic as a primary medical resource. It doesn't even cover anything close to the number of topics UpToDate covers. I'm disappointed. Oh and it can't installed at all on an iPad 1. Not impressed.
Once installed and subscription is setup it will request you login from their website. Once logged in you do not return to the app, instead you're stuck using the mobile site instead of the cleaner, more mobile friendly app. Fix this please
Upon opening this app, and asked me to accept. And then antenna seem to blank white page without anything to turn into that app. It is not working on iphone 5s at least
Battery killer. Awkward side scroll with no content off the side of the screen makes reading and scrolling feel weird.
I noticed my phone was running out of space and when I went to settings to see what apps took up the most space I was shocked to see dynamed took up 8G. I do remember that the app kept notifying me that it needed to update its content but didn't realize it was storing the content on my phone. I wish there was an option to choose that it did not store content on the phone but instead download info as I request it.
