You guy really need to fix the app. I try rent movies and wouldn’t let me. Give me invalid prom code when total correct and show wrong amount charged which doesn’t add up correctly.
Crashing on startup iOS 12.3

All in all it’s been a good app but this latest version crashes immediately on startup using iOS 12.3. Restart of the device followed by soft reset of the device had no impact. Hopefully your software team will resolve the issue quickly.
No sound

I like the idea of previewing a dvd before I rent it, but it would be nice to also be able to hear it. I downloaded the app three different times and each time there was no sound. My volume was up the volume on the app, but there was no sound.
Crashes on login

Crashes on login, updating OS to latest didn’t help. Web browser login works fine, so ditching this app.

This use to work but now it's totally useless. Won't do zip code search for kiosks and will only stay in last kiosk used. Wrote to company numerous times and they don't even respond. If you have an iPhone you are out of luck, this app should be removed from the store, it is beyond not useable.

Great App !! Saves me time and let’s me see inventory in the DVD machine from wherever I am. Worked great viewing inventory and reserving DVDs. Good job DVDXpress.

The App is excellent, fast and easy to navigate. I had no issues, no problems, I love the kiosks. Thanks for adding the app!

Good load time and an easy to grasp interface. Especially helpful is the movie selection; tap a movie and the closest available location shows up in Maps to tell you which kiosk has your selection. You can also reserve titles and pick them up at your leisure.
