If I could give ZERO stars I would. I rarely ever rate apps but this app deleted my precious memories that I could never get back. Everything was going great until I decided to rename a few of my folders. Two of the folders I renamed contained videos of my family and I. After I renamed the two folders POOF... THEY WERE GONE. The third folder I renamed is still on the drive so I’m baffled as to why the first two folders I renamed deleted. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this product. It is USELESS. I cannot believe I will never again be able to view those videos of my family.

Crashes every 5 seconds

App works for 5 seconds I get to my files and it crashes. Even crashes while it’s reading the device as well! Please fix IPhone SE iOS 13.4.1

Just doesn’t work. Transfers fail. Connection fails.. tells you to connect drive when it already is. No updates. Canned “contact support “ responses. Why not just fix the app? Or is the whole hardware design defective?

It’s a great way to transfer videos and photos to PC

It is NEVER an easy task to transfer videos or photos from one operating system another. Most of it is confusing or unsupported and “user unfriendly”. This PNY flash drive makes it a lot easier . Not only that, it is an extended storage drive for storing videos, photos and documents. It’s truly a great solution.

Duo Link 4 no longer works with new IPad Pro

I upgraded to a new IPad Pro. It has a USB-C port instead of a lightning connector My PNY Duo Link 4 cannot use a USB-C connection Apple says to contact PNY PNY told me to contact Apple No standard USB-C to USB connector works either as the PNY device will not communicate with the IPad. I now have a worthless memory device from PNY as a result of upgrading to the latest Apple devices.

No it is not compatible w ios13! crashes every time I try to transfer simple pdfs from it to my iphone SE.

I see there haven’t been any fixes in more than a year. I really love this app/device (using DUOLINK 4), not only to back up photos but to put docs from my other devices into a separate folder. PDFs open seamlessly but each time I use the ‘Back’ link to go back to my folder/s it exits the app, very annoying. Bug? Needs fix.

Long time app user, first time reviewing one. Motivated to review because this app is GARBAGE. Downloaded the app, plugged in the 64GB drive and then..., and then..., nothing. Nada. Zip. Goose egg. Zero. Zilch. On the other hand, if you like being frustrated or need to practice bringing boiling rage to a low simmer, this may be the app for you.

I have the 128 Gb. It worked great the first 2 times. It doesn’t recognize it anymore! No investigations to fix issues has been found to resolve the problem. Please Help!!! Rating will change upon resolution. Vr Thanks
