I downloaded this app but decided it wasn't worth keeping when the only options for funding were a debit or credit card.

Poor Execution

They charge you the full amount of several purchases at a few seemingly random dates. Keeping a smaller amount of money in my checking account at a time helps me budget, but it makes me really angry that Dunn Bros does not give any notice, or adhere to a payment schedule. If I know that there will be a charge, I can put the money into my checking account. Unfortunately, Dunn Bros does not allow you to pay with a gift card (as Starbucks does), so it’s incredibly difficult to manage your finances this way.

Generally I like the app. It's convenient to use and easy to add a card. But there hasn't been an update for 10 months. There's no Passbook compatibility, which would be awesome and even more convenient (if Starbucks can do it, so can you). And they moved to charging your account only once a month. I'm finding less reasons to use this app and just use my card instead. I love Dunn Bros. but disappointed that they're squandering so much potential with this app.

The upgrade is stupid. It NOW requires you to "figure" and put in a dollar amount for each tip.

What used to be easy and quick (giving a tip) now REQUIRES me asking how much the bill was then figuring and putting in a tip.. I will stop using this app.

I agree with the above review. It is a downgrade to have to manually enter a tip. The tip slider on the prior version was incredibly quick and easy to use.please revert to that version or at least give us the ability to choose it as a default.

I stopped using the app when the tip slider disappeared. It's cumbersome in the new version, so much so that I stopped mid-pay the first time and have not been back.

Now I can order online and just swing in and pick up my coffee without having to stand in line in the morning. Huge time saver.

Convenience Is King!

I love how fast and convenient this is. I can place my order as I struggle to get out of bed in the morning but schedule the order to be ready by the time I swing by my local shop on my way to the office! No more waiting in line for this guy!

New version tip function bad

I used to love this app, but now it's just annoying. The old version with a percentage slider to give a tip worked great. Now I have to enter an amount, but when I do the app hides part of the QR code and makes the app useless. The only way to use it is to not tip through the app.
