Balanced?

Dragon2019

I really enjoy this game, but it has some terrible balance issues. I have problems making it past level 5 and make it to level 6 if I'm lucky with any character. On the other hand, I like the way this game was put together. Probably would be more apt to play it if I could actually kill something without having to use two life scrolls.

Random

Augustgray

While there is certainly a great deal of strategy required to succeed in this game, the level of randomness to the slot machine style of play adds a tremendous level of difficulty. I'm kinda hooked!

Absolute best and most addicting game

Smiggity1223

By far the best mobile game I've ever played. Have already put in tens of hours playing, and had huge fun before I decided to spend any money on the game. Not necessary to get the full experience. Highly recommended for someone craving an rpg.

Alright.

Blū

I'm sure many people will enjoy it, especially because it can be played for free, but the slots battle system got old really quickly.

Fun game. Highly addictive

I've taken to naming my characters, Red Shirt, because they keep dying. You'd think it would be annoying to have to start over each time but the game lets you start at a higher level after dying. The "slot machine" combat system adds a nice random element while still letting you make some choices. I look forward to playing for a long time. Hopefully, Red Shirt will live long enough to make it to the end

Nice twist on RPG's

My thumbs really get sore tapping respin 1 billion times. I wish there was someway to set it on autospin and just go for maximum damage or maximum shield or maximum health ect...

Neat ideas

Django_Z

Pros The spinning wheels for combat are interesting and make for good strategic choices. The runes that carry over between playthroughs are great too. Cons The artwork is pretty rudimentary. The biggest problem is that it can feel grindy as you do soooo many battles early on that are quite easy. A little more variety in armor and weapons would add a lot too. Overall: clever ideas, going to keep playing and see if it improves.

Wow!

I played for about an hour and man I can say this game is top notch! Don't be discouraged by the somewhat uninspiring screenshots, this is a great "random dungeon crawling + skills and loot" game that I crave. The a lot based battles are a fantastic mechanic. Works great for mobile gaming. The music is awesome too, I found myself quite immersed even with this tiny iPhone screen. One thing... I'm not sure what I gain from purchasing the $1.99 version of the game. The IAP is fine and not intrusive (thanks for that). I would however like to know what a "legendary rune" would do for my characters before dropping $7 on one.

Random and Money-Grubbing

iomccoy

It costs money to have a female character, it seems, and it's not worth it -- the game can't decide whether it wants to be a RPG or a casino. Slot machine combat warrants a pass.

Good game if not for 1 glitch

Jonbad

This game is decent, and creative with the slot machine combat. Reminiscent of old school games. 1 glitch I've come across a couple of times: sometimes while leveling up, the treasure in the dungeon, or the quest items disappear. That can grossly unbalance the game when you want to buy items, or you need 1 more iron bar to complete a quest. Especially since the game only leaves the exact number of items you need on the map, so when they disappear after you level up, it makes it impossible to complete the quest.
