Story floor level 27 is glitched

Anytime I beat floor level 27 the screen becomes white and nothing happens like it freezes and the game just restarts not sure why this is but legit fix this. Like I can continue the story anymore without y’all doing something to fix this issue

Love the game just one thing at stage 15-6 there are little lights I can’t see where when he try’s to hit me with his beam and we are fighting against it I can’t see the players ray please fix

Art/Visual Effects/Music: The art is quite beautiful; the characters were designed very well. The visual effects were very good, especially the attacks and the special moves. The music was very suitable for the game. Gameplay: The gameplay is very unique and is well thought out. Kudos to the creators. While some reviewers complain about how hard it is to get 4, 5, and 6 star characters, you will gradually them over time. Lagging: For me, this game lagged quite frequently. When I first downloaded this game, it took FOREVER to download. What really bothered me most is that the game lagged even after the first few times I played the game. I have good WiFi, so the lag has to come from the game. Progress Saving: I have played this game 5 times in total. The first time I played this game, I had gotten to Level 32 and had 2 6 star storyheros (Plitvice and Ming). After playing this game for half a year, my cousin accidentally deleted this game. I wasn’t afraid; I had backed up my iCloud. I downloaded this game for a second time, and to my dismay, I couldn’t get my progress back! I felt so sad that I just deleted this game. After a year later, I downloaded this game because I was really bored and wanted to give this game another try. I played it for 3/4 of a year and one 6 six star storyhero (Ming). I changed iPads and my progress wasn’t saved again. A year later, my friend convinced me to download this game so that I could play with her. I agreed because she was one of my best friends. After playing it for two days, I deleted it because it was lagging REALLY badly. I wasn’t upset though, I downloaded it again after I deleted it. And this happened two days ago. I played it again, and to my surprise, I had somehow gotten to Level 12 and had 2 storyheros (Plitvice and Fira) after only playing the game for 3 days! I was really happy, but seriously, I think anyone can guess what happened next, right? My dad deleted the game because it took up too much space on my iPad. I just didn’t understand. Why didn’t they let players save their progress on their iCloud, or at least let them sign in with google? Like who has a HIVE account? I have never even heard about HIVE until I played this game. Service/Support: After losing my game progress, I have checked the forums for information on how to retrieve my accounts, searched it up, and I even emailed the creators about this issue 3 times. No reply at all. And seriously? That’s the main reason why I wrote this review today. OVERALL RATING: 2/5
