Heroic bundle fail

I would rate this game 5 stars but I bought the heroic bundle tonight for $4.99 and only received the gems and not the rest of the package. When I tried to contact customer support I was alway being told can't connect. If someone can help I will rate higher I love this game just need that problem fixed.

I love the overall plot and voice-acting in the game. It makes me feel as if I was there. If there was a TV or movie series on this, I would 100% watch.

This game was a lot of fun until I beat the snow giant trials level, now it crashes every time I try to open it.

Games always seem to be better than they play, this game is an exception. This game is addicting and so fun. Not impossible yet challenging. On the easy side to be honest but I'm very happy with this game. After playing I cannot believe it's free.

Wish you could remove select charms from items, not all at the same time, but otherwise, great game. Couple of glitches.
