I bought this app because I bought a set of dumbbells through 80 pounds. I was looking for equipment that would allow me to lift some at home. As a new widower with kids 14, 11 and 8, I want options to workout at home and minimize the use of my eldest as sitter for his sisters. This awesome app offered a cardio option that really worked up a sweat. My personal trainer also liked it when I showed it to him because of Samuel's excellent form. Apparently my squat form needs a little to be desired and this app offered yet another guidepost for me to follow. For less than a buck this was absolutely well worth it.

I bought this app looking to get some workout ideas for the bowflex dumbbells I bought. What a great app. This app and a couple of dumbbells makes for a killer workout. If you are looking to sweat, look no further. This app will leave you out of breath and sore (exactly what I want).

Not sure what the people who have this app one star were using but could not have been this app, or they weren't using it correctly. This is probably one of my favorite Samuel Pont apps!! Love the workout. Do it twice a eek right now because that's about all my hamstrings and arse can handle because it totally kicks them!!!!! Plus throw in the upper body moves And it makes for an intense cardio workout as well. My average heart rate for what was approximately a 30 minute workout was 145 including the warm up mobility drills. THAT'S INTENSE!!

Good workout. Will be adding this to my routine. Maintains heart rate and tones. Lots of leg work. I think the low scores didn't know what they were doing. If you can't get a good workout from this it's on you.
