This app is fantastic! Any time my power has gone out, I can report it on this app. I can also track the repairs from start to finish. It’s simple to pay your bill on here and is all around just a super helpful app. Great work!
Don’t bother. They don’t respond or update anymore.

When this app first came out, they were among the first to have one and it was great. They responded and updated in a timely fashion and it was easy to look up a mostly accurate status. But no more. It’s been over ten hours since we reported current outage, and according to the app they haven’t scheduled a truck yet, nor will they respond on Twitter or via the phone. It’s not even a huge widespread outage. I wish they weren’t a monopoly.

I have been with DTE since I was a little girl and my dad worked for Detroit Edison. I Absolutely Love this app. Love that I can have the same bill every month and if I forget to pay and find myself short I open the app, pay what I can and wait for my next paycheck to pay the rest. It’s Awesome! DTE has such great customer service and I have never had a problem. Love you DTE! I also have a dad in my classroom who is working on his electrical degree and is going to apply to DTE. So thankful for this app and this company.

This app makes my life so much easier. It’s so nice not waiting on the phone line to report an outage or find an estimate for when the power will be back on. Just now I reported that my power is out...this app is pretty dang convenient.

The app works fine and I like the outage map but I am sick of the updates. Literally every time I use this I have to update it first. Edit: screw this app. Stop with the updates, I hate it.
