I have been using this app for a few years and it gets better and better each year. I love having stats of all the players. Whenever I had difficulty with something I received a lot of help from digital scout staff. Reasonable price for the whole year. Already renewed for the upcoming season.

Going on our third season using Digital Scout. This is by far one of the best stat programs I've worked with. For those that are fussing about the trials or price, do realize this is not a toy or a supplemental application to record your sons stats in a game. This is a professional application designed for football teams with a dedicated statistician to use and record stats for official school record keeping and media reporting.
Just doesn't make sense

Why would you launch an "update" to your app that makes it unusable? Imagine my surprise when I found out that my current login credentials do not work for the new app. I was slightly more surprised to find out that the credentials needed to login to the new app aren't even available yet. I called support and sales to help; no answer. So then I had to spend the next two hours trying to figure out how to rollback to the previous working version. You guys do know that football season has started? Preseason may not count for the record, but most teams still want to take stats. If you update now the app is totally useless without being able to login. Good planning guys.

Well, what to say about this "new" version. It crashes more then the other versions and they (Digital Scout) still can't get anything right. I don't know how they call themselves the "leader" in High School sports stat keeping. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!

The programmers have a ways to go to get this app/program/website back to where it used to be. I see where they are going (nice changes), but the launch was poorly planned at best. Nothing is ready for the season...user beware. Digital Scout, finish what you started and get the program up and running. I for one am counting on it.

I've been with them for about 7 years now and this is the worst update! I couldn't see my stats to call into the paper last week!! How embarrassing it was to call a parent to get the stats they kept by hand on Saturday because the program had scrambled them! Then you can't get answers no one knows how to help you or they just won't call you back!

I does a fair job for what I do which is putting together a playlist so I can recount each drive for a newsletter. Not a real big fan but not a hater of the program either. They added e-mailing stats which is nice. They also added spot penalty locations which crashes the program every time I try to use it. The program intermittently switches ends on me. Normally, no problem unless I am near mid-field - then I have to delete plays to straighten it out. Would be nice to also e-mail play list so you don't have to read it back on the iPhone.

The program would be great if it worked properly. I keep stats during the game for our high school football team and I am constantly having to delete and re-enter plays because it switches ends. Every time I have a spot penalty the program crashes when I try to enter it. I the have to go back an re-enter the entire play again, by which time I have missed the start of the next play. It does or has the capability to do everything our coach wants it to do, it just doesn't do them all. It doesn't upload to the website properly and we cannot track player or team cumulative stats, because the stats on the iPad are different when they sync to the website. I hope they get the bugs worked out because I think it could be a great program and very convenient to use. I have used this program digital stat for years on a palm and just this year went to the iPad app. I like it but wish it worked properly.
