How does it work?
Its really simple before you go out just put drunk mode on and select how long you will be gone out for. Drunk mode will be on for the duration you choose. This can help to prevent you from sending messages you really wouldn't send if you sober.
When not in drunk this is a very functional keyboard. There are many features included some of them are

One time I got drunk and downloaded this app to hold me accountable. Needless to say, I’m single now. Thanks, Drunk Mode. At least you’re a good doodle app. No stars.

I honestly wish this app worked better than it did. Despite claiming to block the keyboard, there’s a number of easy ways to send text messages while in “drunk mode”, including using the app’s own “send my location” feature. Future updates need to work towards a functional app, not more bells and whistles for the keyboard.

I couldn’t even figure this app out. I couldn’t find the keyboard even though I gave full access. I couldn’t figure out how to block me sending text even with my in app purchase.

Even after buying this multiple times, there is no enable drunk mode to turn on. Simply put, this app does not work. DO NOT BUY

It blocks everyone!! That is bad!! Instead, make it person-specific!!! That will be good. In other words, make it that you can block certain individual people only, without disabling the entire keyboard for everyone. Only then will it be useful. This is very frustrating and its honestly not rocket science. Please make this change ASAP. Thank you in advance.
