Managed to get my boyfriend to get my car back from my mom and n9

a lot of the sound packs i have keep having this weird sound glitch. sounds normal then it sounds much quieter. especially on all the dubstep packs. please fix this! i would need to send a recording of a sound pack, do you guys have an email or social media platform?
