I now get a message that the version I have (which is the latest) doesn’t support phot upload. Really??
What happened to my folders?

With one of the recent updates I am no longer able to view or access all of my folders - only the ones with photos in them. Where are all of my folders?

The new update stinks. Can’t find files in paper—they don’t load. So use the online version and it’s so slow it takes an hour to load 25 photos. And I PAY an annual fee for this service!! Stinks!!!!
DON’T use the in-app purchase to upgrade your account!!!!

I selected $9.99 a month and I was charged the full $99.99 for the year. And after that, my account wasn’t upgraded and I still have a Basic account. Apple claims it’s Dropbox’s problem and Dropbox says it’s Apple’s mistake. And I’m out $100.

I signed up for Dropbox thinking it would be a good thing. It’s not! I got out before my free trial was up and told them I no longer want dropbox, and they still keep trying to bill me! I finally turned off my method of payment to them and they still emailed me saying my payment didn’t go through. What a scam!!

Why did u remove the offline menu? It’s so hidden... most data I access I have “starred” to avoid redownload Now I just click twice unnecessarily
