A reliable Enterprise UAS logging suite

After using dronelog book for over a year, and having our own custom Enterprise server has been a great fit. The developers are very willing to work with you to customize the interface and functionality to suit your needs. Like any new software and especially new software in a new industry, there is a bit of a learning curve, however dronelogbook has a great set of free online tutorial videos that walk you through everything step by step. There are some great reporting functions and the desktop web software and mobile apps compliment each other nicely. We also appreciate the 3d telemetry view. It's a great way to present information to the customer as well as visualize flight activity post flight. Looking forward to what dronelogbook next-gen has to offer. Something of note: After trying many apps in this space, it is clear that most try to do to much of everything and are masters of none. Dronelogbook does what it says, reliable thorough logging and reporting.

Keeps changing the purchase dates of several equipment items every time I sync. Very unreliable. But the design is good and could be a great app. Just not there yet.

DroneLogbook is the Commercial Remote Pilot's best friend. I signed up for the Professional level plan for $6.95 a month. I really like the Enterprise plan but I feel that $19.95 a month is too pricy for what you are getting from this plan. If the Enterprise plan was more like $9.95 a month I would change in a heart beat. The Professional plan works very well except for a few little bugs. When you use the dropdown menu for your battery info, the dropdown menu doesn't close when the cursor moves away from the menu. Sometimes when you are changing information that you want to change, the flight page re-sets and you have to start over. Another bug is when you all your flight location and you forget to mark that flight location the other info re-sets and you have to type it in again. Other than those few bugs this app works GREAT. Everytime I try to enter an inventory item, like a battery, the app will only display half the page or the entire page will be white as I try to go from one entry box to another.

After spending a month evaluating Skyward and KittyHawk, I am so pleased to have finally found a company that just "gets it" for the pilot/owner of a small UAV business. What a pleasure it has been spending the day "using" your app, versus wasting time trying to figure out where everything is hidden or why some components just don't work. Well done! The app is simple, yet powerful. The price is right. The issues were none to speak of. I'm 12 hours in, very impressed!! There are a couple of functions I haven't figured out - perhaps I haven't seen the tutorial on it (thanks for putting those on the actual pages - brilliant). Five Stars - keep up the great work!! - -Danny
