Great idea for a product - leaving app feedback

I'm one of the Indiegogo backers and feel privileged to be one of the initial owners of a Drivebot. It is going to be very helpful tracking all mileage, maintenance, and issues with my business vehicle. One thing I would suggest the mobile app do is provide the beginning and end odometer reading on the CSV report out on the mileage tracker.

in the beginning stages of a very clever idea

first of all, i am definitely a fan of this group of intellectuals and innovators of this petite but could-be-powerful and useful device. the idea is very clever and will solve a lot of problems for those not-so-car savvy individuals like myself. that is why i bought one of the first bundle of drivebots to the U.S. like every other clever ideas and inventions, the first stages are always critical and with the most faults. I would like to suggest a few things that I, as a supporter and paying customer, I would like to give my $.10 on how the app would be more end-user-friendly. 1) I would like to suggest that an English literary editor be hired to word and convey the correct grammatical instructions that is shown in the app and all other literature including the box covered and instructions. there are several incorrect and a little bit silly sounding phrases and sentences that are in the app. I understand that English is not your first language, that is why I am pointing this out right now to hire somebody who is a certified English language editor. For me, the incorrect grammar and wordings used in the app made me think that this product was not totally and technically reviewed and approved by the members of the board that approves what sales and don't sell here in America. I don't know the name of that particular department but I hope you get what I'm saying. 2) in one of the ads and online marketing promotions that I saw was kinda telling the consumer that this product will help them fix the car if there is a problem. well, the best that I saw was it just gave me the readings of some gauges that I don't really know they do or mean. they need to be in the clear in pointing out the problem and eventually getting it fixed. Because instructions of how to fix the problem was not present at all. I tried putting it and all it did was nothing. I hope the people are working on the app because it seems like a very good app but it still is not really helping solve problems yet. I will review this product in this app more and I will do a second review when I have seen significant points that need to be addressed. Thank you.

The app and device are very easy to install and start up. It had found one issue on my car already and saved me considerable inconvenience. Glad it works on a wide range of cars and mobile devices, even an iPhone 4. Some thoughts and requests for changes. It only allows for 5000cc engines in the settings. I have a Toyota Tundra with 5700cc. I assume that this renders some readings inaccurate. Please allow for larger engines or let us know which readings may be wrong for them. 2) I can find how to have two or more profiles for different cars. Please allow this and/or make it easy to find. Thanks for such a good app.

Horrible at connecting through Bluetooth

This app does a terrible job of connecting to the drivebot through Bluetooth. It says connected but still doesn't show up in the app. Can't believe I spent $75 on this thing

A lot of good info. Cool. But wait if you have an error code you can't clear it! You still have to find a mechanic or someone with a tool to do it for you! Even after the code clears on its own from the car's computer it will still show on the app.

Looks and sounds good but it's been a month now with no reply for customer support. It will not connect with my car nor connect with my phone. Waste of $150.

This app is dangerous

This app cracked my iOS and stole my password. Moments after installing it I got a notification that someone in Taiwan was trying to log into my account (I'm in the US). Beware
