Buggy and adds own ingredients to recipes

Very dissatisfied. Looking for a drink program I can add my own drinks. When entering a recipe and after hitting save, the next time you open the recipe it has added a few of it's own ingredients that weren't there when saved. The ingredients title over writes the amounts of the ingredients so it can only be read in the edit mode. The recipes that come with program are not real.
