hard to accumulate money

I love the game but it is really hard to accumulate money to but the different facilities for the hospital!
Collecting Coins

I really love this game! However, it gets annoying having to collect money individually. How about a button to collect money all at once? Other than that, this game is really fun and challenging.

Great game... just wish you can acquire land sooner. I’m on level 20 and I need to expand but I can’t until level 22. That’s going to take too long! Especially since I can’t do anything but maintain. Also, it would be nice to be able to view all of the rooms (like we do employees) so we can check the queues, upgrade levels, etc. It would be nice to build more than one space at a time, especially when one takes 8 hours!! And if your going to make us wait 8 hrs to use a a new room, please offer adequate times on those commercials... like, what’s the benefit in getting 7 mins off of a 6hr construction time? Other than these things, I really like the game... the daily awards, the blueprints, the layout, etc...
Queue Bugs

I’ve noticed when you upgrade a building that has a queue, the person in queue goes away but is still listed as in queue with their timer stopped. This prevents the next patient in queue from receiving treatment unless we spend the required amount of crystals to remove the first “stuck” patient from queue. A way to address this issue would be to put in place a way for us to manage the individual queues and to allow us to choose which room the patients are seen at instead of them only going and staying at one. I hope this is just a missed bug and not a way put in place to get us to spend our crystals less have our patients in queue die. Once this is fixed, I’ll change my rating.

I love this game ! But I have a problem with the heart ❤️ bar it has not move at all it’s been at the same amount for 3weeks it at 5 thousand an something an I play this game all the time , please look to see what the problem is I have a iPhone 7plus. Thanks

When I downloaded it and opened the app and it wouldn’t stop loading it just kept loading and loading! Terrible app ?????

I keep making infusions and they disappear! I tried to get app support and the websites certificate is no good so I can’t proceed. So mad.
