Super fun but needs improvement

I love love love this game! I’ve been playing for a couple months now but lately it’s been having issues loading. I’ve tried turning my device off and back on again, tried quitting the app and reloading it, everything short of deleting the app and starting over. I’ve created quite a killer gym if I do say so myself, and I’d rather not lose it. Super frustrating. This game would get 5 stars if I could still play it. Please fix app issues!!

I’ve been playing this games for a few months, and I love it. However, the last three days, I haven’t been able to get in at all. It keeps saying there is an issue on your end and it will be resolved, but I am missing my game!

GAME HASN'T LOADED IN 2 DAYS CUSTOMER SUPPORT FINALLY ADVISES TO GET THIER NEW GAME! WHAT ABOUT ALL I HAD INVESTED HERE? DO NOT SUPPORT THESE JOKERS! I'm having a problem with the game and I have gotten no response. There is ZERO support from the developers &/or customer support at Tatem games. So my advice is DO NOT spend any real money here. I've tried emailing them. Posting on Facebook as well as through the help link/ settings in the game. The game can be fun, but the little chores/ challenges are not being counted, so I can't advance. I'm frustrated that I wasted my time and money with them. CANT LOG IN I LOSE MY DAILY CASH BONUS!

Tried to work on my gym today but for the past 6hrs it has said “error! Oops sorry....” i can see for a bit, but ALLL day? Seems a bit much and very frustrating Its been over 24 hrs and still nothing???
