Crashing

The app is crashing immediately when I start it. This app used to work but not anymore.. I tried contacting them but no way to do so as both contact support and developer website goes to a search engine.. please fix this issue and I will gladly give 5*.. thank you

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I couldn't even open the app. It would close it out before it even opened and no matter what I did, I could not get it to open.
