I enjoyed Drainworks. It certainly felt natural, although it is easy so far. The tilt controls seem precise (or precise enough), and the graphics were good. I played it on an iPad2.

Great physics game. Simple intuitive controls and smooth ramp up in difficulty, but not too challenging to be frustrating. Recommended. Played on an iPad 3
