Didn’t know everyone had the same problem I had. The thing is; I swear I saw cloud saved on the game re-install button, too bad it restarted my 7 years of work

DragonVale is a really great game! It almost never lags, there are no ads (unless you want to watch one for a reward), and the dragons are SO CUTE! But they’re really hard to get! Gems are super rare, and most dragons cost gems. I keep getting duplicates from breeding, and you can only have so many pedestals! Also, the galaxy islands are SUPER expensive. Otherwise though, this game is awesome. I like it better than other dragon games because they’re usually super laggy and have a ton of ads and sometimes get confusing. One more thing: I wish you could do battles. That’s one thing I like about other dragon games; it’s fun to battle with other dragons. It doesn’t have to be online, there can just be pre-made bosses. Sorry it’s so long.

I played this game when it came out and from the start it was never an interactive game, your options were to wait around to eventually be able to build your park or pay to make it quicker, unfortunately I was pretty young and early on actually spent money to “play” this game. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it multiple time and each time the game seems worse than the last time I played. Recently I downloaded the game because I was missing the park and wanted something to do in quarantine, the first thing I noticed was a bunch of new features and forced pop ups that dragged me around various menus. As I kept going through the spring event features I noticed how they really want to make you pay for everything there is a spring currency you can buy to make sure you get the limited items before they go, there’s rift currency which plays into an extremely tedious new part of the park to unlock, and much like remembered there are still no features that make it so you can play the game for any more than a few seconds before waiting a day or paying money. I’ve always loved the concept of building my own park in DragonVale but it’s not worth the wait and for entertainment your money is better spent buying a game you can actually play.

The game itself is super fun, but after updating the game to version 4.19.0, every time I try to open the app it closes out immediately. I want to play the game, but I can’t even launch it. I’d submit a request for a fix in the app, but I can’t even get into it.

It’s such a fun game but it only loads half the time. Sometimes it just sits on the loading screen for 15 minutes or more and then right as it’s about to load my park, it times out and says something about the wizard’s spell going wrong. Doesn’t matter if I’m using internet or data, my app is up to date. I don’t know what the issue is. It does the same thing to my partner, and we have different operating systems (iOS vs. Android). Other than that, the game is really enjoyable. Pleasant animation, collecting a bunch of dragons with varying degrees of rarity. The game seems to be frequently updated in terms of content because there’s a lot of events throughout the year, which makes it easy to avoid getting bored.
