Crashes consistently

Used to be good, but literally crashes every couple minutes now (if you can even get it to open).

The game has consistently crashed on me at least once a day for the last six months while in the middle of battles in crypt, guild wars or challenges. I find it really irritating that they don't fix these issues.

I have been playing for a while and I love this game when it works but.... Constantly crashes. And I mean CONSTANTLY. It's free but if you don't spend any money you WILL be left behind. ALMOST ALL contests are "pay to win".. You simply won't be able to level/build up your heroes fast enough to enjoy this game without spending money. They keep putting out new heroes before you have time to catch up your old ones, AND before they have even completed the older heroes as well!!! The crashes affect your contributions and status of your guild. Plain and simple. This game also has activities that define the word TEDIOUS, and when exponentially compounded by the crashing, it's enough to make a veteran player of a year and half QUIT. I hope this review helps.

This game crashes constantly and then your account can be easily hacked. Customer support is next to useless. Don’t waste time or money on this POS app.

I really like this game, it’s so much fun! But it’s really irritating that as I level up the level easy expeditions become harder making it impossible to ever really beat them! Please fix this!

Although I liked perblue a lot better the game doesn’t crash as much as a lot of these reviews say it has it problems but I have been playing it for almost 2 years now and for you free players out there like me it’s not pay to play yes it dose make the game easier and more progressive but not so much where you will be crushed by other players Bad things:since gree took over it has had a fair few more problems I love the new chests they added but not so much the hero’s I think this game is perfect for people who like strategy and chatting to people I’m on the smarty pants server if you wish to talk to me I’m zarith ask me anything or any advice you would like I’m there on global all the time highlights:it’s people are a little hard on it’s flaws great game for strategy and free game player keep trying for good updates gree worth at least the try

Update made things worse

Forced to update and updated version won’t even load on my phone. It keeps telling me I need to load the latest version but the latest version is already loaded.

I love this game, that being said. I opened up the app and it said I needed to update the game, so I did and now it won’t let me in, keeps telling me to update the app. Not happy

Horrible this game would be better if support team would get off their rears and actually cared about those who just enjoy playing. They do not admit faults or give back lost or potential won items. If you don’t .mind game constantly crashing or spending tons of money to come with in top 25 percent with little rewards then this game is for you. They’ll never give back what you put into game. If any issues arise contact service provider and avoid them. Service provider gets the results done fast and promptly. You will actually get treated with someone that cares rather then a greedy game support team who blames everyone else but where the blame should be placed on. Oh any negative commits in support server or game forums you’ll be kicked out
