Could Use Some Improvements, But Good

Let me start off this review by mentioning that I only gave this game 4 stars because I really only ever play it for about 30 minutes everyday. If I wanted to play it for longer periods of time, I would probably knock off a star or two in my rating. This game is simply OBNOXIOUS with some of it’s features. For example: I am a proud owner of the semi-rare Grape dragon, but it took well over 100 tries to even get the egg, and when I did eventually get that egg, it took over 24 hours to hatch. If I played more often, it would have been an agonizing wait, but luckily I was simply able to leave the game alone until the incubation time was completed. Not only is breeding annoying, but both the library and the forge are similarly troubling. Whenever tournaments come up, I always try to compete for some gems or other prizes. Yet recently, I’ve discovered the library/forge (I never looked into them before now), and discovered that I could improve my dragons even more to win better prizes in tournaments. Yet, the only way to make armor is through the collection of these rare items, that you can only really get from tournaments in the first place. Then some armor is super expensive to make, and at that point it just becomes too much of a hassle to make armor that doesn’t do much to increase your dragon’s power/health. The same can be said for the library, as it would be better if it was less costly, and if I wouldn’t loose my upgrades constantly when I don’t spend gems to improve my dragons. Both could be severely improved. Essence becomes a vital item throughout the Dragon’s World experience. Yet, it’s so hard to farm for it, making the process of unlocking something with essence (i.e. islands or evolutions) a long and grueling procedure. More essence machines would be nice, but decreasing the time it takes to split dragons would be better. I’m sure that some players would also appreciate not being forced to level up dragons to the max in order to farm essence, since this is a waste of food and money. (I only ever have an abundance of food because I’m constantly making watermelons then collecting them 24 hours later) Tournaments could be better, but I don’t battle that much so I don’t have much input on that. Perhaps making the lower ranked prizes better would be appreciated, since I’m sure a lot of people spend time working hard to increase their chances of getting valuable prizes. Increasing the amount of energy a person can have at one time would also be greatly appreciated, since 5 seems too few to make any significant progress in the tournaments. More islands are almost necessary!!! I love decorating my islands, but this usually means I can only fit about 5-6 habitats on an island. I’m running out of display room for my dragons, and I had a desire to collect at least one of every kind. Yet, at this rate, it seems like I simply won’t have enough room to do that. That’s all I really would have to comment on considering this game. I love the graphics, the battle mechanics, as well as the wonderful decorations that are inputed into the game. Thankfully, I haven’t had to put a single cent into this game, but I still wish it would be easier to accomplish such a task. I’m sure enough people buy gems/gold/food that you could spare a few more free gems without loosing much profit. I hope to continue playing this game for years to come, and I’m thankful for the hard work that I’m sure has been put into this game already. Thank you!

Would be great if everything worked

The tournament rewards can only be redeemed right after the tournament ends, which is in the middle of the night on the east coast of USA. Other than that, it says that results are being calculated and will be available in, but no time is displayed. This has been happening on my Apple and android devices since summer. The videos for the Watch Clip only load about a third of the time, again on both devices. Lots of “the service is not available right now” messages. Like other people have noted, it’s almost impossible to breed some of the dragons.

Underrated game

I been playing this game since high school. The quality of this game is far way better than any other dragon game its designs are better but it needs a little bit of work getting it out there. I don’t know who came up with everything like the dragons being merged to create new ones and habitats. But this game is far way nicer but needs adventures to appeal to others way more. I could see this game blow up and become really well known. I love playing this game so much I’m always coming back. I tried looking it up but I guess it’s harder to find with the caps words and the space? I’m not sure but I hope to see it first when I look up dragon on this app someday :)

Purchased went through but no my items

I purchased the $2.99 deal and the servers went down and didn't receive nothing at all but the purchased was successful??? also I can't play the game the game will keep popping a message Everytime I try opening it saying the server is restarting

Problem with tournaments

I don’t like how they put you up against players who have the same amount of battle points because that means your going up against players of higher level. It’s not fair and I don’t like it, I can’t get my rewards because the people I’m fighting are two levels or more above me!

Have been playing for several years. Love the dragons ,they’re unique and a pleasure to collect. Loved decorating islands,till it became difficult to have spare space as I acquired more dragons. Had to sell the decorations except for ones needed to enhance dragons.In the years I’ve been playing,no new islands. I have not received any new treasure after doing tournaments either.And I’ve also been keeping track. So I breed dragons to get essences,and try to get some during tournaments. Hate to admit I’ve sunk quite a bit of money in this game,but it’s becoming very frustrating. Spending less and less time on it,might have to give up on it.sad. Support lousy as well. Don’t even try anymore when I have a question.
