I really love this game play every day but THE GLITCHES AND LAGGS ARE HORRIBLE just saying

I got this and played as gust. Worked hard and leveled up a lot. I even got rare dragons! I was this close to expanding. It was amazing. Until I signed up the Facebook thing. Lost all my progress. Cried after. I am dead serious. I cried. I spent days working on it and poof! No warnings or anything. Please fix this. Also if you want to get app do it! Its amazing and editing. I love how you can speed things up once at least five mins are left and I love the dragons! Amazing graphics! Best dragon game out there besides school of dragons. I highly recommend it but be careful in your decisions they can change a lot don't make same mistake as me. ? I am considering deleting the app because it's frustrating starting over what can't even be fixed. I am not going to get another op dragon by chance for one of my first dragons. I hope I don't because this app rocks!

Purchases that you take our money but we don’t get the runes!!! I have has these issues several times. What is the deal!!!! And when you ask for support from ludia they either not awnser or wait 6 weeks!! Better up your game.

Here is what you will get - don’t say you were not warned. You will buy packs - as I did a few times, only to have nothing show up. Recently, I bought the two pack deal. App crashed - no packs. So support. I bought two more packs - app crashed while opening one pack - got nothing. I went to open second pack after opening the app- nothing. That 2x9.99 for zero. Not to worry - when it does not crash and you buy multiple packs ( most people do this for variety), you will get the SAME thing in every pack. It’s just bad software. When you contact support, they will respond somewhere - that you cannot find. You will not get in game emails stating you have a response - nor will you find anywhere that contains your support tickets. So your only real recourse is to constantly contact Apple as this company has zero desire to fix the bugs. It’s good enough as is. I finally reached a breaking point with the pathetic support system and support personnel that really wants to blow you off instead of helping you. I told them I had problems, they referred me to see tickets. I asked where the tickets were as they are NOT anywhere to be found. I got no response. Wasted another hour on this stupid game that has terrible support system - see help page means don’t spend any money on this game. You will lose it and no one will help you.
