I have played since the launch of the new version of DOA from face book 6 years now and this game has gone from ok customer service to the worst on the planet. I love all the additions of game except the glitches. Seems they can’t fix the errors or glitches but customer service is quick to berate you and take things back out of your inventory. How can a company sell some imaginary product in a game and then remove from your inventory after you bought it because it was to good for the customer I consider it stealing you went into my account unauthorized and removed items I purchased you are the lowest form of slime on the earth . Customers are leaving left and right and so I will eventually leave to if there is no merger and that was also a lie from madam Leota. She is the biggest reason Gaea is failing right now .
New realm?

I been waiting to start a new realm so I can play serious but it have been months apparently since a new realm was done many people waiting too when it’s a new realm coming

Back in the day I had a lot of stuff on this game but then I deleted the game cause of this other game I wanted. So now I downloaded the game back and now my saved game is deleted. I have to restart ?. I wish my saved data was back I will really appreciate it. Thanks!!

The support team is terrible finding any and all ways to work out of helping out a player and a customer, terrible support team but a decent game, would not recommend

This game is good as Gaea has introduced new realm so people just beginning have a chance. Unlike a lot of previous reviews I see I figure if your not gonna spend then join an alliance that can help you. I would recommend at least trying it out.
English hard-core realm

The game is great but why is there no English hard-core realms. I waited for one to open up and it doesn’t look like there going to be one. That not fair to the USA player who can’t read or talk to other players because we can’t use that language.

Finding new players to join your guild/alliance is very elusive. Need automatic player dispersement to new alliances for better balance.
