When I get 2B coin it takes it all and turns my coin into negative so I can’t do anything until I win battles to get myself back into the positive. Also my game won’t load now, after buying road for my islands it closed me out and will not work. Fix it please!!

Me and my fiancé loved this game played it all the time I’m level 82. Till we got over 8 billion coinc and the game decided to reset our food and put us in the negative 8 billion coins. I’m beyond upset I spent money on this game as well as my fiancé.

I’m trying to figure out why I logged in this evening to discover I can’t get anything because I have negative a billion or so coins. -1669614250 to be exact. Can someone please explain this to me or fix it?!

So I absolutely adore this game but something happened that I’ve never seen. So I’ve been collecting my coins and stocking up so I can just go for a haul and buy all the islands, decor, etc. But I did a tournament (biggest cash reward for me) and it turned my 2 billion to -1 Billion. Please fix this I’ve spent money on this game and it’s taken me nearly a month just to get where I am. Fix this now please this is infuriating. Yes I’ve tried closing and opening the game, redownloading, etc. the only way the number goes down is by collecting via habitat, -1B via habitat will take me forever to get back to the positive, again, FIX THIS
