Purchased 2 different in app “gem packages” for 4.99 and 19.99 and only received about 20% of the amt of gems advertised; purchased on my my child’s behalf; will remove this app from my child’s device

I love this game the only downside is that you have to get gems and it’s hard to get them if you didn’t have to get the gems to evolve it would make the game a lot easier and it’s really hard to go higher because your dragons can only go to level 10 and then they have to evolve with 50 gems!

I have never played a mobile game that was dependent on the “premium” currency in order to progress. It’s a major turn off having to either shell out money, or watch 3+ advertisements in order to be able to breed and evolve your dragons. Money grubbers?
Great game but has some breeding issues

I really love the game. But it has some breeding issues. Because once I breed a Electric dragon with a air dragon and it gave me a griffin dragon. And it is a magic element and it does not match its parents electric and air element. So can you PLEASE fix the breeding?

How in the world do you get to the Auto Battles. It will not give me the option of claiming my Auto Battle rewards when I don’t have enough products to evolve the Dragons. Please tell me how to get to the Auto Battles.

This game can be fun. I love the dragon raising games and have been looking for one to play in portrait mode rather than landscape mode. I thought I had found that in this game, unfortunately I was very wrong. There are plenty of missing buttons/areas such as the Auto Battle collection and inventory. The dragon habitats are too large to fit entirely on the screen when you have them side by side, also very very cluttered looking. The gameplay is simple enough, however there is no shuffle mechanic like other matching games have when your board is locked up due to no moves available. The characters/dragons are derivatives of characters in other dragon city building games. There’s much more, but man it’s hard to count everything. This game is good in theory, but not execution. Support doesn’t seem to be a thing for it, updates are clearly few and far between. Maybe if the devs gave this more attention, it would be awesome. Otherwise, you’re basically wasting your time for something that is far less than other games of its type out there.
