A flopped "Dragalia Lost" clone

This game is a clone of Nintendo's "Dragalia Lost" attempting to recreate that successful approach with Diablo-style graphics but with none of the charm or personality of that earlier hit title. I was thoroughly disappointed. Where to begin? Okay, first, let's start with the unintentionally laughable voice acting. Featuring recitation of genuinely hokey, stereotypical phrasing and unexciting goals - plus some of the worst dialogue this side of "Gor" - the voices are, all down the line, Ed Wood worthy. It got to the point where I was constantly pushing "auto" just to bypass it all as quickly as possible. Next, the "divine dragons". How many of you out there are as annoyed as I am of games (as well as books and movies) representing the dragons on the side of the heroes as exclusively female? Or, even worse, resembling Sports Illustrated models who "adopt their dragon form"? I mean, it's ridiculous. (I once knew an author who jokingly remarked on the frequency of this phenomenon in both movies and books, but I can't repeat that here; I'll just say it revolved around the authors/creators not being able to find a date and we'll just leave it at that). When I want to play with a dragon on my team, I mean I want a DRAGON, not yet another Barbie doll bombshell. Finally, the blatant plagiarism. True, lifting plots and the like dates back to Shakespeare, but in this game it gets ugly - for example, the very first boss battle is a "balrog" (The Lord of The Rings, of course) and further on down the line we have "fighting The Wyrm" (Werewolf: The Apocalypse). What's next, discovering that the villains are called "The Legion of Doom"? I could go on and on and on. There is more. There is MUCH more. It all adds up to a great deal less. The company shows here to be completely incapable of handling such a potpourri of misjudgment, as they're gotten completely carried away with themselves here in trying to produce a hit and protect their investment. This game proves that slapping Diablo-style graphics and beautiful realistic art direction on a recently-proven idea do not guarantee success. Sound judgement regarding handling the talent involved are far more important. "Dragon Storm Fantasy" is a huge amount of talent and effort thrown to the winds. It is one of the most worthless, ridiculous videogame efforts I have ever seen, and remember, I've been playing videogames since "Pong" and have also endured such disasters as "Epic Mickey" and "King's Quest: Mask of Eternity".

I have played this game for months now so can honestly give a in-depth review of it! At first this game seems great server will be booming with people then you find out weeks later it is purely pay to win and requires $100’s or more a month to stay on top and servers will die out as not many want to spend that on a game that has major flaws. One flaw is after a few moths the servers are so dead they have to combine them, when this happens you will be combined with other players who have been playing for up to a month longer and can kill you in one hit even when you were top on your server. Another flaw is their customer service is the worst I have come across. I have spent numerous hours trying to prove game issues and false advertisement on their weekly sells to include sending screen shots and numerous messages with their support team to no avail. Their candid response is enjoy the game. In conclusion if you want to play a game that is a money sink, has bad customer service, and is poorly designed in multiple aspects then this is the game for you!

I’ll start with a few positives. The graphics are amazing. There are lots of different ways to engage the story line. The initial leveling up seems to be pretty easy, but you will soon see that this is a trap to hook you into dropping cash. The reality of this game is once you figure out the different dungeons and story line progressions there is really no skill required. It all comes down to your level and most importantly your power. You will see players the same level but millions of points difference in power. This because the ONLY way to raise to an elite level is by dropping cash. This said, I’m not opposed to spending money on a great great game keeping great, I’m talking about $100’s and even $1000’s of dollars are needed to become elite. Sadly I wasted almost $200 on this game before realizing that there is no end to it. Because you really can’t keep up with to games top players by just doing the dailies. It is impossible. If you are good with dropping an obscene amount of money on a game to run with the best thenthus game is for you. It if you are good with just watching pretty graphics and never really getting anywhere this game is also for you. For me I’m not interested in either of these options. My honest opinion is it feels VERY greedy! My suggestion to the developers is find a balance. With the pay to play and actual game content development. You are hurting yourself more than helping because you will lose players like me. Like I said, I’m willing to play but I won’t be taken advantage of which is what you are trying to do. I’d spend hundreds over time if I felt it was balanced but it’s not so I won’t. Good luck!

This game is wonderful and I know my friends like this game to. I just have one request. Maybe in the next update, could you do gender swaps cause I know that some guys might want to be a blade master or archer, but don’t want girl skins and same for girls if they want a warrior or mage, they might want girl skins for those classes to. So if you could, can you make it able for everyone to swap to the gender they want?

Important thing is they say u can play or changed character master blade at lv 300 is not true. i play to 300 dint do any thing i ask them they say i can buy the ticket to change hero butticket req unlocked awakens 5 i ask adim adim just say good luck. that is how sevice of them. and then i played un till lv 350 bit it still not let me buys it. they want me completely unlock awaken 5 wich mean need to be lv more than 350. they trick ur alot and try to give discounts..... this is smart game to fishing ur money.
