Sadly support is terrible. I spent 1000s only to get screwed out of dragons earned. They took away gifting orb and jewels, the orbs they use to get, we can’t earn orbs doing battle map, they raised the cost of orbs 3times as much as they were . We no longer earn decent food in map battle so it is getting worse daily, find a better game is my suggestion.wish I could give zero star. Fed up with lack of support and keep taking things away.

I love this game and I tried to do the battle but I never won the supposed trophy it stays 0 and I can’t join clans keep saying network error & I looked at other ppl it seems this is VERY common for YEARS but the game devs are not responding to players or fixed it since the onces I saw were two to three years ago when I went on their fb page . I tried deleting the app to see if it would fix or tried to level up more but it didn’t

First off, this game is chalked full of fake reviews so done even bother reading the 5 star reviews. This game is just a clone of DragonVale, but with considerably less dragons, and much of them are locked behind paywalls. The IAP’s are overly expensive and give the buyer little in return. You’ll burn through the $99 pack within seconds. This game has one game breaking bug; and that’s not allowing you to earn trophies, their PVP awards. I have contacted support a few times over the course of a few weeks hoping they could fix this but I either get sent a generic copy/paste email or complete radio silence on their end. It’s disappointing since I have dumped a lot of money into this game and I would hate to lose everything. Overall, there are way better games out on mobile than this clone.

So it’s not just my plan but it’s everyone now. No one is earning trophies anymore as far as I know of. They been reposting about it on your app on Apple. Leaving reviews and all. And since I’m not earning trophies either I will not be spending anymore money until you fix that. Thanks. What I sent them multiple times and no response.

My alliance and I agree that the clan chest should be given to the players once the clan chest is over!! That way for players that cannot be Active at night can get get the rewards once they login to the game!! If you would fix this I would appreciate it!!

Please do not stop updating this game, you are doing very very good and the game is very very good. Great work!!! Fix the bug with the trophies! I can not gain trophies which is very bothersome, I have the correct version of the game.

This game was pretty decent until they decided to make every gift item a shard, and removed battle orbs and gems. So now you have to watch a day worth of videos to replenish your battle orbs using shards. If you don’t want to pay to win, I wouldn’t bother starting the game. If you play in a clan for the clan prize, be prepared to claim your prize at midnight Central time, or you will lose it. Lastly, the colosseum gotten so crappy, unless you have a bunch of 6-star dragons that can wither the pummeling of the enemy without charging their special meter, you are screwed in the colosseum. They have made the enemy AI go first, and focused their attacks at one or two dragons which allows their special gauge to charge quickly. They make yours spread out the attacks so that way you charge very slowly, and stand no chance of winning the battle. Rarely do you get to see a good game take a quality dive. Bravo

League doesn’t work

I got kicked out of my clan for this but the league never gives me trophies it says I got like 24300 in the quests but doesn’t show please fix this

This breeding game is not recommended as it no longer gives free gifts (Jewel, Orbs, Unrefined Sun stones and unrefined moon stones) from your friends that gifts you daily per day and in-app store easily as it used to. Chances of getting them is less than 25% or 10%. It always fails to claim gifts from friends and a Jewel from In-app store after completely watching an ad and then it's close button (the white circled x button on top right) fails to work normally to exit from the ad to claim the item. I strongly recommended everyone to try and 100% play dragon-vale, Dragon City and Dragon Mania Legend instead of this monstrosity as there's no more free items to get easily except from daily login calendar which will make progress through the game a lot longer and painful to bear at a long stretch. Mark my words, this game is not happy to camp in. From September 2019, ads that are seen from in-app store to get 1 free Jewel no longer works. It's blank with a loading icon in its center. And Like others mentioned in their reviews, League Battles sometimes fails to give trophies to the winner in a season.
