game crashes before i even get to play

i’m a new player and during the title loading screen after i click new game the game just automatically crashes

Been playing for 6 years, and this is one of my favorite mobile games to play, fun to grind on while you watch youtube or netflix !!!
Story event

Good game except one thing, the events for Dokkan awakening the LR Gohan and Goten are in the Int SSj4 Gogeta banner but you can’t Dokkan awaken. But if you can’t do that, then I’d like missions that give you keys for the portal of memories. Please help me out here. One more thing can you please continue the The dokkan event boss rush event. Thank you for listening to my preach and keep up good work.

The game is a good. Game but I wish it can change the anniversary for the USA but I like the game but I need them to give us a easy challenge battle so o would give this game a 9.5/10
