Just bought this app for 2.99 and doesn't work! I can't get it to open the files without crashing the whole app! Get it together! Terrible needs to be FIXED!

This app is is the worst 2.99 i have spent. I cant even use it as soon as i open it it crashes. They need to fix this because it is unfair for those who are paying for something they cant use.
