Sent a few thousand doge as a test, big mistake. Over 24 hours in, the Blockchain confirms that the transaction went through, funds were taken from my other wallet, and it hasn’t shown up in Dough. Basically my money disappeared. No customer support to call. Thanks for the rip off. Negative stars, can’t even extract a private key to move to another wallet

Wait for the white /blue bar on top to complete. I downloaded this app and immediately transferred Dogecoin to it. I noticed that nothing was there. Being my first coin that I had bought I didn’t know the process. Then I read the reviews. Shoot. Did I just get scammed??? Where did my coins go? One of the reviews told me to turn off the auto-lock mode on my phone and wait. Sure enough. I waited 2 hours and the bar along the top changed from blue to white. When it finished all my coins were there. Hope this helps you get/find your coins.

This app is slow, but it is not a scam. You will have to wait about 8 hours for it to sync. After it synchronizes you are good to go. It will need to be sync more times but these don’t take more than 5 min usually.

I tried to transfer some dogecoins to this wallet. I used the address of in the wallet but the coins never made it. I have fully synced several times. The syncing completed successfully but still no coins.

constant scan that never seems to finish

horrible app. i sent a little bit to see how it works compared to the other dogecoin wallet. this one has been in a constant scan with my coins never arriving. i left it to scan overnight & still no coins in my wallet. been rescanning for 3 days & still no luck. i have other wallets for ether & ripple that work well. this one just hangs & never seems to finish the scan. ====== UPDATE ====== i think this was my 5th full rescan & finally my coins appeared. i do appreciate the app as a simplified interface. honestly can’t tell if the long (hours) scan time just to see your coins is the app’s fault or the dogecoin network. will update my review to reflect the benefit of my doubt that it is the network & not the app.

Terrible blockchain sync times. Doesn't sync in the background, so be prepared to leave phone on (no sleeping) for 30 minutes each time you want to use it.
