Too bad the latest update is not configured for all to play. I know my iOS and iPad are not out of version but this game does not support my iPad. Updates take forever to come to fix bugs.

So I used to like this game but as of the new update I can no longer play...I open the game it tells me to update but when I go to update it tells me I can't play the game on iPad are you serious....

I used to enjoy this game but since the last update the pop up says that the new version is no longer compatible with my iPad(even through I am running IOS 9). The game people must get a kick back from Apple to get you to buy a new iPad.

Too bad the new update kicks me to the curb with incompatible error messages. My iPad is up to date and everything else runs. Bad programming. Bye- bye...

I'm really confused. This is a great game great payouts. However imagine waking up opening up your game all your friends are gone all the levels that I worked so hard to achieve has all disappear. I had over 400 Jems and they all disappeared. So basically the game started me all over again. Can you please fix the problem or is it possible to fix the problem. Like I said great game. Great concept that payouts please help. Because it is such a great game I'm going to give the game five Stars however if the problem continues or the problem has not been fixed I will change my rating to a lower one based on customer service

For now i am only giving the game 2 stars, the game will load but when i hit a game to play it doesnt load, it tries to load but just goes back to the home screen.

This is the best game I have ever played. Such fun!!!!!!!!Awesome graphics, the best payouts ever and a lot of fun. I will never quit playing. EVER
