Crazy good service!!! I've ordered a few things from Double U and have called them a couple times with questions and everyone I have talked with is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.Prices are reasonable and shipping is quick.Definitely my go to place for hound supplies.

The app is easy to use. I order all of my collars through them. They come in great condition. I once had box that was going to be sent later than anticipated and they called to let me know which I thought was great but then they expedited shipping and I got it a day later. They have amazing customer service.

I've purchased from many of the other "dog related hunting companies" and happened upon DU. I made a small order over the phone and was impressed with the customer service they provided. Since then, I slowly transferred all my business to DU and have been very pleased since! I recently had a warranty issue and within2hrs of my initial call, they had my replacement Alpha in the mail which arrived within 3 business days ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND on the east coast! This company not only helps each individual customer to the best of their ability, they also give back by helping to protect the sport of hunting with dogs!
