Cant unlock new world

fdI updated the new version of the app and I can not access the in app purchase to unlock Ticos nutty forest and I have a very upset 4 year old who wants so badly to play this new world.da

Apparently the app developed does not read reviews. Tico's Forest does not work. After 2 emails with tech support, they still seem clueless. Unless you want a disappointed kid, don't buy it. Shame on Nickelodeon for putting their name behind a defective product.

I've learned my lesson that I shouldn't buy games for my son that feature some television character. They are overpriced and we pay it because we think our children will enjoy interacting with their favorite characters. But they don't. My 2.5 year old played all the scenes and it took him about an hour, and now the game is useless as he is bored with it. The only good thing to come out of it is that I was able to teach him that not everything you on TV is as good as they make it seem. This is a .99 game with a $4 premium because it has Dora in it. Keep looking, you can do better than this.

I had read reviews not so good, but I had taken a chance downloaded it and absolutely NO problems. I had purchased nutty forest and I had no problems!!!! My daughter loves it!!!

We love Nick and Dora, but this app doesn't work at all. I've installed and "reinstalled" multiple times. Can't even type in my child's name....won't work at all.

Nutty Forest is not working

Adding for-pay content in a child's game via an update is a very low thing to do. Worse yet if it doesn't work. What do you do when the game tells your kid to ask a grown up do help her get into Tico's Nutty Forest, but when the grown up checks it out, it doesn't work? There is no purchase button, no parental menu, no way to get to the extra level.

The purchase for the new level doesn't work, deleted the app cause my daughter was asking for it and every time I tried to get it I got Transaction failed. Any plans on fixing it?

How dare you charge $5 for this advertizement. Then put another 1.99 charge to unlock 1 more level. There are only 4 levels to begin with which took my 4 year old about 10 minutes to get bored with. You should be ashamed of this app. I will never trust your content again. I should have trusted my instincts and given him a book instead of this.
