This App should be removed from service. It simply does not work. Wish I had read the comments before attempting to get it to work. If zero were an option on the rating, it would have received a zero.

This is truly a terrible app. Don't waste your time downloading because it simply does not work. Keeps crashing
Reflects the corporate attitude toward consumers

The Doorways app only reveals how little ThermaTru really thinks of consumers. If you’ve shopped for one of their doors, you already know that they are entirely geared towards the contractor. I just got off the phone with one of their dealers who told me that is the case. So they have little reason to fix the bugs in this app, or to make it truly functional, which is a shame because, as somebody else said it’s a great concept. Here are only a few of my complaints: 1. You have to sign in using a Microsoft online account, and even though I have one, the app requires a much shorter password, so I’ve wasted time trying to reset my Microsoft online password just so I could use all the features of the app. That in itself made me throw up my hands and just give up on the stupid thing. 2. Even if I could sign in, one of the first things I’d try to use would be the “request an estimate“ button, but even though it gives you a list of dealers and locates them on a map, the app wouldn’t let me select one. 3. Last but not least, the very feature any company worth it’s salt would want to make functional is the place where they invite you to sign up for their “Special Offer” emails, but that function didn’t work either. ThermaTru has a gem sitting here that could elevate their brand, net them sales, and earn customer loyalty, but as I said that’s not their thing. This app is nothing but a little toy designed so housewives with too much time on their hands can play around with door ideas and then have so much mental energy invested that they might as well call a contractor to actually do the job. So now that I think of it, well done, ThermaTru. You got exactly what you wanted after all.
Disappointing - What is with this Company ??

Would give ZERO stars but not an option. Tried multiple times and like other reviews, you can’t get a photo to appear after going through selection process - just a waste of time. Sad as we wanted to purchase doors, but now are questioning quality of product - if you can’t get your app to work can you create a quality product.
This app did exactly what I was expecting

This app needs to be updated yesterday. I sell tens of thousands of dollars of ThermaTru products and this app helps only slightly. Please, Make this app as good as your doors. You could take some guidance from one of your competitors. Provia has a great app.
