There’s a bug

I love this game, but since a few days the game is not saving my progress and some doors are opening without keys. I want to go change to the other new versions but they look to cartoon for me. I like the style of this game but with that bug I can’t enjoy it.

Update on review: By the time you get into Chapter 2 the solutions are pretty far fetched and ridiculous. Even the hints are a bit convoluted and difficult to make sense of. I’m on stage 8 and I've not been able to make sense of only one bonus quiz/puzzle. But it didn’t keep me from escaping the room. It’s a nice game that makes you think but not so hard or convoluted that it becomes unenjoyable and stressful. The puzzles actually make sense. Ads are not intrusive and so far only appear between levels. In my opinion that’s totally acceptable. Nice job!
Loved it until...
Buck heels
Loved it until I got to stage 8 in chapter one. Stopped playing and came back the next day to play and now when I open the game, I get only to the announcement where you click on play and it freezes. I have rebooted, offloaded the game, etc., etc. tons of times and it’s still frozen. I’m finished.
