Game keeps crashing

Been waiting too long

So I have lost all my progress and every single dollar I spent in this game because the game keeps on crashing even when I’m about to go next chapter is unfair that I’ve spent real money to move forward and game just stole all my money and progress or fix it or just refund the money is just making no sense

I’m playing the game and I’m tapping the screen multiple times and nothing happens. This game is about being quick and you have to be quick to pass the levels. YET!!!!! It’s so unresponsive!!!! Please fix !

Update does not work

I updated the app tired to open the game its still tell me to update. I thought it was my tablet so I restarted. The app still doesn’t work ?

Right after I purchased a package to play my game froze but the time kept ticking down for what I have purchased. How do y’all plan to fix this? Are y’all offering money credit for what I’ve just purchased?

The developers don’t listen to complaints. They haven’t added a new hotel in forever. They just add new things to old hotels and wanting you to purchase more for the same lame game. They don’t take care of it and I’m deleting it. Not worth giving them another cent. You can not get free gems or double coins because it doesn’t work. You upgrade. The guy delivers and the game freezes. You do everything right and the people stay in the room so it makes the level unwinnable unless you use something to get past it. It’s a fun game but the developers don’t test it enough to get the bugs out or make it winnable. You bring an inspector in to slow the game down. Not sure about you guys! ??‍♂️

I just want to say that is one of my favorites games, but since last week I can even get in the game, as soon as I open the app, this one automatically closes and I can’t play any more, please fix the problem

I have been a long time fan of these games and started experiencing issues with the app itself rebooting when opened. I was nervous to uninstall and reinstall but I have a back up in the cloud. I was on level 26 of the Christmas castle and as you can imagine that’s a lot of progress to lose. I noticed a lot of new game upgrades and changes for how the game offers rewards. I can’t help but feel that’s why this was occurring. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I wasn’t able to recover my progress from the cloud.
