I can't open it at first

I should say from dooors to dooors 3, the game's compatibility with ios7 is still not stable. But finally I made it! I love dooors series.

Got to level 27 very quickly but couldn't get through because one of the items is suppose to appear to open the door and it doesn't reappear. Scissors don't open a door.
