I need to find Lat and longitude. This app requires the coordinates. Misleading-refund please!

This app does not work on my iPhone 6s. The only coordinates I can find are for my current GPS location. I am unable to place a marker in another location to find it's Latitude and longitude. This app is useless to me. I purchased in on the basis that I could find the coordinates of any location. It fails to do this. The reviews that give this app 4 & 5 stars were placed in 2013. Obviously the developer of this app has not updated it to meet the latest iOS requirements. It should be updated, or taken off the market. There are not any up to date reviews in 2016 that indicate the app works on modern smartphones.
