How the heck do I turn off auto renewal???????? I didn't want to renew, and now I've been charged again!! If you subscribe, be sure you want it for-ev-er.

This is everything I hoped it would be! I never thought I would want to cancel my print subscription but it’s that good!!! :) does not take long to download at all!

Had a subscription with this magazine and they did not fulfill the full subscription neither did they advise me that they were going hiatus. It was a good magazine and I enjoyed it, but service is terrible. D. Mills

I am trying to subscribe digitally to Donna Hay but my iPad app goes in circles and will not let me. I am in the America and do not have a print Copy of the magazine.

The most beautiful magazine on the newsstand becomes an elegant and wonderful iPad app - except that it’s not retina-optimized for newer iPad screens. So on an iPad Air, for instance, the images and text do not appear as crisp as you expect. This is the only aspect keeping the app from 5-star perfection. Hope they fix this soon!

Overall pretty good. Donna Hay magazine is art in terms of photography. The app really shows off the pictures but can be quirky.

Cannot download the latest issue

Absolutely love this app but cannot download the latest issue which I'm finding extremely frustrating. Have tried deleting and re-loading the app - no luck. All is fine until I try to click "download" - nothing happens. Please please fix it!
