Has potential, but needs more work
love to save ?
I am getting married next year and my friend told me to download this app to plan my bridesmaids dresses. Her pitch got me really excited, but given that I am a UX Director the whole experience and designed is just wrong. The mission of Donde is very intriguing and innovative, but they need to work on their user experience and UI. 1. Do some research or hire a UX person to do it for you. Design is key and delivering an exceptional user experience is literally everything for an app. After that it is offering personalization. 2. No option to search for more than 1 different style. Donde talks about helping consumers save time but how is searching for one style, one color one-by-one saving anyone time? 3. You're community is lacking community. I don't see the benefit of having a profile on Donde. If I am missing the benefits it is because your UI and user experience doesn't promote the community well at all. 4. Notifications are hard to find. A lot of things are hard to find. Some texts are too small. Some texts are too big. It gives me a headache. 5. Please fix your sales feed. The UI is horrible. 6. Universal shopping cart is slow and if the item isn't available it should be shown that right away not when I try to add an item to the cart. I admit, there are tons of shopping apps that are pretty basic and just the same as the other one. Donde is different. It's bringing a new way of searching. However, why are those other shopping apps doing a lot better? User experience and exceptional design. People convert to what makes their life easier and what is more appealing. Donde may have a good concept but the UI doesn't make it easier for consumers to search or shop.
