Camera counter

I paid for the plus version of the app specifically to use the camera and it does not work. The numbers just jump around and never get the right answer....

It works pretty good. I paid the extra to be able to change the pip colors to match my set and that was great. Camera often gave erroneous results (maybe from shaky hand). I probably won’t use the camera unless a future update refines it, but still worth the upgrade. We play double-18 Mexican Train and it would be nice to have the extra three. Of course it’s not hard to add 15+1, 15+2, and 15+3, but there is room to add three more if you reduce the wasted space in the totals window. Maybe something to think about for a future upgrade.

Handy tool for Mexican Train

My friends and I play a lot of Mexican Train dominoes and this app has been a very handy tool. I paid for the upgrade and like that I can change the color of the dots to match my set. The camera tries to count the dots but had trouble when you get more than 20 or so to count. It may be a shaky handhold but I'm not sure. Either way, if you play a lot of train or need to count scores from other Domino games, this is a great app for adding up your score.

I have a friend who uses the android version of a dot counter and it runs rings around this pathetic mess. DON’T spend any money on this.
Camera counter is disappointing

I laid out 3 dominos (ten count each). Camera counted 31 or 32 at best. Well at least I can use the buttons. Also, I wish I could set a max count. Our dominos go to double 12. The 13, 14, 15 are in the way.
