Game is insanely fun except that it takes way too long to upgrade anything. Also, don’t do the special offers. The free crowns it promises very rarely, I repeat, VERY RARELY, show up. Bumping it down one more star because customer service had no desire to help. The service they use to award the stars deliberately doesn’t deliver so that you will put in a claim ticket. There you give your email address so that they can sell it to a third party to send you spam. Nice scam they have going.

I was playing everyday and enjoying the game but for some reason I had my Facebook account connected and everything and I lost my account idk what happened

Played for weeks, making sure my Google sign-in ALWAYS pops up for sync, and yet today I’m reset back to day-1. Not a fresh game, mind you, but with SOME of my day-1 progress. Gonna go ahead and uninstall now.

So I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I’ve spent so much time investing in this game and now they rob me. I had a lot of my stuff upgraded and was working on my Town Center to go to the next stage and then they rob me of every bit of work I’ve done. Makes me want to delete this game.
This game was awesome until I lost my progress

This game is fun and I love the gameplay. I’ve been playing it for a while now and I was just about to level up to 100. I logged on this morning and somehow I’ve lost about a month of progress. I’m back to my old base, old buildings and a level 94. Not cool! This has taken all the wind out of my sail and I don’t know if I want to continue!
