I have put the code in and scanned the barcode many times and it is 24 hours later. Very frustrated!

I have been trying to download my photos for the last 4 days. It says there has already been a request for the photos. The company pushed this on us and said we can download them any time after 24 hours. It’s been a week and we still can’t. The contact info for the company is non valid. We were all just scammed in person by the dolphin discovery company!

If you pay for the digital photos they do charge way too much, however if you wait over 24 hours the photos do show up. I had the same problem about not being able to download the photos from the app. Cropping the photos from the app also isn’t that good because the quality is more like a preview. However I found that if you go to the website using a PC/MAC you can download the full quality photos with no problems. So the site/company is not a scam but their app leaves much to be desired.

Just wait 24 hours then key or scan your code. App lets you download and/or share to social media. We had a wonderful experience with the dolphins. Photos are a bit expensive but great quality and well worth it to capture the memories of this awesome experience.

Frustrated at first but customer service was great.

At first I had a lot of problems with app and was unable to get my pictures ( I felt scammed) but after contacting customer service ( email ) she was very nice and was able to help me download all my pictures I bought. I changed my review from 1 star to 4

Does not work

Neither the app nor the website let’s me download my pictures which I paid over $200 for. I been trying for the last 3 days and contacted them multiple times with no reply.

I’m good with tech and this was a pain. I mean eventually I got it to work on their website but the app wouldn’t work and why does it need to be so difficult? Go to one desk, go to another desk, go back to the first desk, wait 1 day but not more than 15 days. Login to the app, mess around with it...no luck. Go to the website, go through weird buttons and finally download. WHY SO MANY STEPS?

Traveled to Punta Cana paid a lot of money for pics. The employee gave me a good deal compared to everyone else bc I talked him down to $110.00. ( always bargain). Employee told me “not to tell anyone what I paid bc it was special for me”. Ok great. My husband asked me, I quietly told him. I went to pay and unbeknownst to me it was his supervisor who was at the cashier. Well suddenly, he approached me told me he got in trouble (may lose his job), disappeared for a few mins with my receipt. I get back to hotel.. guess what “pics are unable to be downloaded” !! I’m home, have emailed them knowing I’m not going to get anywhere and have no pics on my phone of our dolphin experience. I do have the CD though. :)

When I tried to download individual pictures, I found the wrong picture was being downloaded. Also when’s downloading a individual picture, I would get a message saying the picture was downloaded but then the screen froze for a minute. I used an iPhone and an iPad and both have the same problem
