Keeps crashing

When I try playing the game it always crashes. For example, when I pick a dog, click a mission then wait for it to load, the screen turns black then it goes to the homepage. Please do something about this

For some of u the games will shut down I know why, my dad told me. once that happened to me and I asked him and his reply was the app needs to be plugged into the computer but this was another app but I bet it's the same so guys I don't know if it will help u but ya SO FOR GOODNESS SAKE ps u all are having the same problem
