This game does not work it is supposed to train your dog very good but I tried it on my dog Sam and all he did was lick me

When I had my dog right next to me and I did the whistle it didn't do anything to my dog and I could hear the whistle if its ultrasonic only dogs are supposed to hear because it's so high pitched
