Doesn't even make a sound and my dog just lay like I was insane to put my phone(doing nothing at all)next to his & her ear . They just stared I deleted it in 5 sec.

It is a an okay app if you don't know how to whistle then this is for you and works for most dogs

If you love your dog don’t get it why torture them with a whistle ?it freaks my dog out and she was whimpering all day.
