Not working properly

I just downloaded this game thinking it would be pretty fun, however none of the text is loading and the gameplay is often repetitive. Not sure if this is due to a glitch in game or not.

The dogs are cute but when the vet pops up his speech bubbles are empty. I figured it out but I feel like I probably missed some things.

I bought the in app purchase for everything then I still had the app but stopped playing it for a couple weeks and now I want to play it and it is telling me to repurchase everything and is VERY frustrating!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
