Couldn’t get the computer app to work either. Just fundamentally flawed. Every time I try to make an account I get “there was an error”.

First off, love the fighting style and graphics. Great characters and love the different classes to choose from. With that being said...I do not like the questing part. Most of the time I’m just running around in circles trying to find what I’m supposed to be looking for with no luck. I have no idea where to find any quest items and the little arrows that point to where you’re supposed to be going seem broken or I’m just plain stupid, my bets on the broken quest most of the time. Please fix this and add a little more detail to the quest itself. For that you will only get 3 stars. I appreciate the effort though keep up the good work!
Amazing game but I have a request for future updates.

Bad UI/UX — cant play

The User Interface in this game is atrocious. Everything is so tiny. The game is not mobile friendly at all. You will need a magnifying glass to play this game There are so many bugs that it makes the user experience unplayable. When trying to create an account, the form fields are broken. When you tap on one field to another field, the keyboard closes on itself so you need to tap on every form field twice... it also causes the keyboard animation pushing the screen up and down. This gave me a headache. Also when I finally created my account, I needed to verify my email. When I clicked on the verification link, there is a redirect bug where it keeps redirecting me.. So I cant verify my email which means I cannot login to play. I googled this problem and other people had this problem... 3 months ago. My account was finally verified (idk how) and when i tried to select a server, the game crashed. When I relogged and finally was able to get into the game, I realized the game text and buttons are so tiny I would fat finger everything. So I uninstalled.

There’s so much junk on your screen you can see where you’re clicking half the time. You can’t read any text boxes because there’s some other text box in the way. 60% of the screen is used up by always up menus. Game lags all the time even on iPhone XR.

The game is awesome no doubt about that but I do have a question about the classes I’ve noticed that you have all the classes in the TV show except for the eliotrope. So my question is how come the eliotrope class isn’t in the game?

I WANT MY MONEY OR MY PURCHASE. I just made a purchase of 44.99 and my 40000 gems have yet to hit my account what is going on; I want my money back of my gems placed.
A cell phone unfriendly app

Not sure what brain child makes an app that doesn’t function well on a phone during registration. Wasted 30 minutes with the registration process alone. Finally got in the game and unimpressed is all I can say.

Buggy game. Not well maintained. Very little update and improvement. Server MANY MANY TIMES LAG. The quality of this modest graphic game is sooo terrible. DONT PLAY! OUT OF DATE game The only positive thing is the gameplay. and the memory since I played this back in 2009. That’s it.
